We've been delivering gifts for over 25 years, so we're committed to accuracy and on-time delivery. Orders arrive via our fleet of refrigerated vehicles to ensure the highest quality. In very rare cases beyond our control, such as weather or traffic, your delivery may be delayed and you'll be notified in advance. Once an order is prepared for delivery, it cannot be redirected to another address. For rose orders, some roses may arrive in bud (not fully bloomed) form, to ensure a longer vase life for your bouquet. For cake orders, we've designed professional packaging to preserve the shape and design.
For extra joy! The balloon arrangement arrives as shown in the picture. Please keep the arrangement away from sharp corners; the balloons last up to 8 hours depending on conditions.
