All our orders are delivered via our delivery fleet, equipped with vehicles designed to maintain temperature and product presentation. Once an order is prepared for delivery, it cannot be redirected to any other address. Your cake will arrive fresh and beautifully presented, just as it should be for your special occasion. We recommend refrigerating cakes and cupcakes before consumption. We advise you to open the box immediately upon delivery and before our delivery personnel leave. The actual product may differ slightly from the image you see on the website due to lighting effects and size variations. Occasionally, we offer a replacement option in case of technical malfunctions or product unavailability. Please note that we may have to make the replacement on your behalf as we place the utmost importance on on-time delivery since most of our orders are gifts for special occasions.

Upon receiving the cake, place it in the refrigerator immediately. The cake is cut and served at room temperature, taking care not to expose it to heat. The cake must be consumed within 48 hours. When the roses arrive in a bouquet, i.e., mounted on floral foam, immediately place them in fresh tap water to ensure the foam remains moist throughout the day. Do not expose your flowers to direct sunlight or near any other heat source. To maintain the appearance of your bouquet, remove any fallen flowers or leaves as needed.
