Orders arrive via our fleet of refrigerated vehicles to ensure the highest quality.
In very rare cases beyond our control, such as weather or traffic, your delivery may be delayed and you'll be notified in advance.

For rose orders, some roses may arrive in bud (not fully bloomed) form, to ensure a longer vase life for your bouquet.
For cake orders, we've designed professional packaging to preserve the shape and design.
To keep your roses beautiful for longer:
Remove the wrapping as soon as you receive them.
Keep them in a spot shaded from sunlight.
At room temperature, away from direct air-conditioning.
Change the water every two days, trimming 1-2 cm off the stem at an angle at the same time.
If the roses arrived as an arrangement, keep the floral foam moderately moist with water.
