Orders arrive via our fleet of refrigerated vehicles, dedicated to preserving the highest product quality.
In very rare cases beyond our control, such as weather or traffic, your delivery may be delayed and you'll be notified in advance.
Once an order is prepared for delivery, it cannot be redirected to another address.
For rose bouquets, some roses may arrive in bud (not fully bloomed) form, to ensure a longer vase life for your bouquet.
To keep your rose crown vibrant and beautiful, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Gently mist the roses with water every few days to keep them hydrated, and avoid placing them in high-humidity areas.
For best results, you can use a flower preservative to extend its life and keep the colors fresh.
