In very rare cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or traffic, your delivery may be delayed, and you will be notified in advance. Once your order is prepared for delivery, it cannot be redirected to any other address. For flower orders, some flowers may arrive in bud (not fully developed) to ensure your bouquet lasts longer. For cake orders, we've designed and packaged them professionally to preserve their shape and design.
