One of our promises to you is that your flowers will be guaranteed fresh. All orders are delivered via Ferns & Petals. To ensure that your flowers come only from the finest and freshest stems for as long as possible, some stems may arrive in bud form. This is to better protect the flowers during transport and allow them to last longer. From our experience, watching the flowers fully bloom in the days following delivery is part of the magic. We make every effort to ensure that the bouquet you receive is as close as possible to the one ordered. We promise to deliver your order within the specified timeframe; however, in very rare cases where circumstances are beyond our control, this may not be achieved, and you will be notified in advance.
Care Instructions
When your flowers arrive, trim the stems and add water. Recut 1-2 inches of stems at a 45-degree angle. Use a clean vase and fresh water. Remove leaves below the waterline, but do not remove all the leaves along the stem. Check the water level daily and refill as needed. Do not place flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat. All flowers benefit from daily misting. Enjoy your flowers!
