Most of our orders are delivered on time according to the selected time slot.
But in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control, such as traffic congestion or a remote delivery address, etc.
Once an order is prepared for delivery, it cannot be redirected to another address.
Although we try to avoid it, substitution may sometimes be necessary due to temporary and/or local unavailability issues.
Please note that we may have to do this without notifying you, since we place the utmost priority on on-time delivery, as most of our orders are gifts for a specific occasion.
As soon as the cake arrives, refrigerate it.
Slice and serve the cake at room temperature, taking care not to expose it to heat.
The cake should be consumed within 48 hours.
When the roses arrive as a bouquet, i.e. secured on floral foam, place them in fresh tap water immediately to keep the foam moist throughout the day.
Don't expose your flowers to direct sunlight or any other source of excessive heat.
To keep your bouquet looking its best, remove any wilted flowers or leaves as needed.
