All our orders are delivered via a dedicated delivery fleet of vehicles designed to maintain temperature and product arrangement.
Once an order is prepared for delivery, it cannot be redirected to another address.
We recommend opening the box right at delivery, before our delivery agent leaves.
The actual product may differ slightly from the picture you see on the site due to lighting effects and size variations.
Sometimes we offer you a substitution option if there are technical issues or a product is unavailable.
Please note that we may have to make the substitution on your behalf, since we place the utmost priority on timely delivery, as most of our orders are gifts for special occasions.
Store the chocolate in the refrigerator.
If exposed to high temperatures, the chocolate will start to melt, affecting its appearance and flavor.
Please check the expiry date printed on the packaging and consume the chocolate before that date.
