• When the roses arrive in bouquet form, remove the packaging.
• Cut 1-2 cm from the stems, place the roses in a vase with clean water.
• When your roses arrive in an arrangement, i.e. mounted on foam in a box or something similar, you just need to make sure the foam is wet throughout the day.
• Please keep the roses away from direct sunlight or air conditioning air.
• For cookies, place them in the refrigerator as soon as you receive them.
• Check the expiration date
