We promise your chocolate and rose product will arrive in a way that suits your occasion.
One of our promises to you is guaranteeing the freshness and vibrancy of your rose bouquet upon delivery.
All orders are delivered via our dedicated delivery fleet, with temperature control and careful transport conditions.
We've developed special packaging so your gift arrives looking elegant.
From our experience, watching the roses fully bloom over the following days is part of the magic.
Remove the wrapping as soon as the flowers arrive.
One of the best tips for getting the most joy from your flowers is to change the water daily with fresh, cold water; the water should look good enough to drink! The water used in the vase should be at room temperature.
Please add flower food to the water; it's usually provided free with the flowers.
Every two days, trim about 2-3 cm off the stem at an angle using sharp scissors.
