Your order will not be accepted until the shipping information for the order (or the accepted part of it) has been sent to you.

Not with standing this, you agree that if FNP cancels all or part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either (a) refunding the amount received through the credit/debit card with which the payment was made, or it will be refunded to your account banker with the same amount received. or (b) your credit/debit card or bank account will not be charged for the canceled part of the order
